This morning I went to module and I had to follow one of the employees while he picked because he’s been negative around 40% the past 2 weeks even though he’s new that’s pretty horrible. I gave him pointers talked to my boss about how he could improve. Hopefully tomorrow morning when he watches me pick brakes he can learn something and improve. I was excited all day. Alex is on his way home. I’ll be seeing him soon. I am really excited but scared at the same time. Sigh.
